This is a little workout I really enjoy. Feel free to play with it but try it our for at least 6 to 8 weeks.
You will basically be given a tri excercise and a bi excercise. You must complete the tricep set and then jump into the bi set which will complete ONE full set. Do four of these compound sets before moving on to the next pair. Give yourself a little bit longer rest between these compounded sets.
Load it up, but concentrate on your form.

(Start out with at least two full sets of warm up at a lower weight)
Incline cambered bar tricep extensions 10-12 reps
Barbell Curls 8-10
Close Grip flat bench press (6 in apart) 10-12
Incline alternating dumbell curls 8-10
Weighted Dips 10-12
Preacher Curls 8-10
Cable Rope Tri extensions 10-12
Cable Towel hammer curls 8-10
(I like to run a small gym towel through a handle instead of a rope)
Single Dumbell overhead tri extensions 10-12
Concentration Curls 8-10
